качество предоставляемых услуг связи оператором Ростелеком отвратительное. Телефон городской стабильно не работает из-за помех в сети,интернет не работает из-за обрыва связи. Тарифы за небесные,монополист в городе. Была бы возможность-перешла бы в другую компанию. Услугами Ростелекома пользуюсь уже 10 лет- из года в год только становится хуже. Ростелеком-ОТСТОЙ!
